SumoSprings for Towable RVs

SumoSprings is a suspension stabilizer for vehicles and RVs from SuperSprings International. They are quickly becoming an industry standard with multiple RV dealers shipping all new trailers with Trailer SumoSprings. Recently, RV manufacturer Brinkley RV announced the new Model G fifth-wheel toy haulers will ship Trailer SumoSprings as a standard option as well.

SumoSprings are made from a micro-cellular polyurethane. Trailer SumoSprings is designed to remove road sway, hop, and vibration in RV trailers. Key benefits include increased driver control and ride comfort when towing, decreased wear and tear on the trailer & fixtures, and zero maintenance.

Trailer SumoSprings can be installed on various axle configurations including spring-over axle, spring-under axle, and for trailer frames that have springs off-set from axles. For off-set axle springs (not pictured below), an optional contact plate is available from SuperSprings International for these installations.

The TSS-107-40 is designed for trailer frames with a GAWR of 3,000-5,000 lbs with the spring sitting on top of the axle tube. The Black SumoSprings shouldn’t be compressed past 65% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.

The TSS-107-47 is designed for trailer frames with a GAWR of 5,000-8,000 lbs with the spring sitting on top of the axle tube. The Black SumoSprings shouldn’t be compressed past 65% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.

A set of SumoSprings comes with all the parts needed for each axle: two micro-cellular polyurethane springs, all hardware with brackets, bolts, spacers, thread-lock, even gas line kit for when trailer installations require moving the propane gas line to make space for the springs.

Armis RV Guardian is a SumoSprings dealer/installer for your towable trailers and tow-vehicles.
